An amazing combination spinet and organ built in Nuremberg in the late-16th century, which has been in Spain for most of its life - this is one of [probably] three surviving instruments by Hauslaib, although only the example in the MET, New York retained both organ pipes and strings. A project in 2006 reconstructed the spinet element of this instrument, whilst also restoring the organ - the two now sound together again after 400 years.
One of two organised pianos in the Musee de La Musique, Paris (the other is a Zumpe and Buntebart of 1774). According to his workshop records, Sebastien Érard at least 20 of these instruments between 1788 and 1802, although only a few survive. In this video, Aurélien Delage performs on this instrument, with a linked video as a presentation of the instrument's history and specification.

Franz Silvestri plays the Goldberg Variations of J.S. Bach, BWV 988 using a combination of harpischord and chest organ - although not coupling, giving the idea of how the two instruments can be used together. Recorded in 2019
Claudio Brizzi performs, tours, and records on his "panarmonico" - combining not only ONE stringed keyboard with organ (and harmonina) but both harpsichord and pedal piano. His "Claviorgan Fireworks" CD was a great inspiration for my research.
